The Horse Box Bar & Grill is Ayrshires brand new ultimate luxury mobile bar. Covering Scotland & North England. We lovingly restored and converted this horsebox to a bespoke mobile bar, it will be the feature piece for your event.
As well as our Horse Box Bars, we also have a range of mobile bars in all sizes, ideal for inside our outside venues.

We can provide everything you need for the perfect bar service
- A set booking fee and minimum spend or hire time, whichever is applicable
- Two professional and experienced members of staff
- All Licencing Applications and Temporary Event Notices completed on your behalf.
- Set-up, lighting and styling
- Elegant recyclable or fully compostable plastic glassware. Glass can be used if your venue permits, however it may be subject to additional hire charge, please enquire.
- Straws & napkins if required
- Cash & card payments are accepted. Please note card payments are subject to adequate signal at your event location, this is not The Horse Box Bar & Grill’s responsibility to organise.

Traditional Themed Bar
Fully Stocked with your choice of tipple. From Draught Lagers or Cider, to gins, whisky’s and chilled soft drinks.
Gin / Prosecco Bar
Bubbles and Botanicals, dedicate the bar with themed drinks and cocktails.
Whisky or Your Choice Tasting
Taste your way to Whisky wisdom. Think and drink your favourite spirit with expert guidance and knowledge.
Cocktail Bar or Masterclass
Shaken and stirred, cocktails your way. Select from our extensive menu or learn to make bespoke cocktails with our expert mixologist.
Wine & Cheese Sampling
Specially selected wines perfectly paired with a delicious selection of cheeses.
Champagne & Canopy Bar
Feel the fizz and raise a toast with a selection of Champagnes and cocktails.

Dry Hire
If you would like to have our unique horsebox bar at your event, but you or the venue will be supplying the drinks separately you can simply hire as a dry bar.
- Hire, stock and supply own glassware
- Secured date
- Min 2 Uniformed Trained Bar Staff (if required)
- We deliver the bar to your venue and collect it the following day
- From £350.00 per day + staffing costs and travel costs
Guest Bar / Cash Bar
The bar operates as a normal bar, each drink being paid for by guests throughout the event.

- Fully stocked bar with comprehensive drinks menu
- Min 2 Uniformed Trained Bar Staff
- Disposable Biodegradable Glasses
- We accept both cash and card payments
- Temporary Events Notice (if required)
- From £500.00 hire with a minimum spend of £500.00
Wedding or Party Package
An extra special package, perfect for weddings. Welcome drinks served from beautifully rustic prosecco walls with a floral arrangement to suit your wedding décor and led lighting;

All for £14pp*
This includes a cash bar, allowing guests a chance to purchase additional drinks of their choosing.
Token Bar
We attend your event / venue with The Horse Box Bar & Grill
- You pay for the guests tokens in advance.
- One token is worth one drink then reverts to Cash Bar
- Fully stocked bar with a comprehensive drinks menu
- Min 2 Uniformed Trained Bar Staff
- Disposable Biodegradable Glasses
- We accept both cash and card payments.
- Temporary Events Notice (if required)
- From £500.00 hire with a minimum spend of £500.00
